ProfitTree is a fast growing ecommerce analytics platform helping online sellers understand what actually drives profit in their business. We combine analytics, product research, and growth insights into a single platform used by thousands of ecommerce sellers.
We are an international team of experienced founders, operators, and startup investors. ProfitTree has been fully bootstrapped from day one and has now reached financial sustainability with strong ongoing growth. We are not dependent on external funding and are entering the next phase of our expansion.
We are now looking for a highly capable Product & Growth Lead. Someone entrepreneurial, AI native, multidisciplinary, and execution focused who can help us scale the business further.
This is not a traditional corporate role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, move fast, solve problems independently, and operate across product, growth, marketing, analytics, and customer insights.

Takes ownership without needing constant oversight
You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and figuring things out quickly.
What You’ll Work On
Your role will touch multiple areas across the business:
Growth & Marketing
Improve acquisition across paid and organic channels
Launch and optimize ad campaigns
Experiment with new funnels, offers, creatives, and messaging
Improve onboarding, activation, and retention
Build lifecycle and email marketing systems
Help expand SEO, GEO, and organic growth initiatives
Develop partnerships, influencer campaigns, and affiliate programs
Product & User Experience
Work closely with the product and engineering team on growth related product improvements
Analyze user behavior and customer journeys
Identify friction points and opportunities inside onboarding and retention flows
Help shape product positioning and go to market strategy
Turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements
Analytics & Experimentation
Build dashboards and reporting systems
Track KPIs across acquisition, retention, and monetization
Use tools like PostHog and analytics platforms to guide decisions
Run ongoing experiments and rapid iteration cycles
Ideal Background
You likely have experience in:
Ecommerce
Growth marketing
Product led growth
Bonus points if you have:
Experience working in lean startup environments
Strong understanding of AI tooling and automation
Experience with creator and influencer ecosystems
