In this role, you will be the CMO’s right hand. You'll manage our Facebook community, handle customer inquiries, support course management, and coordinate content creation. Role Overview
Facebook Community Engine Management
Context: Anyone who signs up for our coaching or course gains access to our Facebook Community, where we maintain weekly engagement to keep members active and contributing.
Invite and welcome new members with personalized posts.
Create and manage engagement-driven content, including contests, live meet-and-greets, weekly tips, and surveys.
Highlight top contributors and all-star group members.
Monitor and ensure the quality and appropriateness of all posts.
Customer Service for ProfitTree
Submit and track bugs reported by users.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Course Management and Customer Support
Answer questions within the course or via email, and assist with onboarding for:
ProfitTree
Facebook group
Group coaching sessions
Content Management and Creation
Maintain a consistent inflow of updated help articles for ProfitTree (minimum of 1 per week).
Review and update outdated help articles, creating new ones as needed.
Produce a regular flow of blog posts for SEO purposes (minimum of 1 per week), including transcribing long-form video content into blog posts.
ProfitTree Email Marketing and Communication
Craft and send email broadcasts, including updates, promotional offers, and links to educational videos on the Ecomhannah or ProfitTree channels.
Testimonial Collection and Management
Reach out to top-performing ProfitTree users, offering incentives like a free month in exchange for video testimonials.
Influencer Management
Maintain weekly communication with influencers to ensure positive relationships.
Set up brand deals (sponsored or affiliate-based), negotiate rates, provide necessary assets, and manage collaboration details.
Track the results of influencer campaigns and ensure timely payment for sponsorships.
Cross-Platform Content Posting
Ensure all short-form content is cross-posted on Ecom Hannah and ProfitTree TikTok accounts, coordinating with the agency team in India due to their access restrictions.
What We Expect From You
Native English speaker or otherwise outstanding English language skills.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years of EA Marketing experience.
Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in coordinating remote teams.
Available to work EST time
Experience in managing costs and delivery schedules.
Experience working in an agile environment.
